Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Explanation of standard promotional terms

Every unique promotion will be accompanied by its distinctset of important terms and conditions, referred to as the "SignificantTerms." In the event that a promotion lacksSignificant Terms for any reason, the promotion will adhere solely to theseStandard Promo Terms. Should there be any contradiction between these StandardPromo Terms and any accompanying Significant Terms, the precedence will begiven to the Significant Terms.

The Terms of Use, as outlined in the Website Termsaccessible on our website, are also relevant. It is essential to consistentlyadhere to the Terms of Use. Non-compliance with these Terms of Use will resultin the automatic invalidation of any bonus present in your account.

Engaging in a promotion will be considered as complete andabsolute agreement to abide by the Terms of Use, encompassing both theseStandard Promo Terms and any relevant Significant Terms that apply.

2. Promotional abuse and irregular play

We maintain a strict stance against bonus abuse, fraudulentactions, unfair exploitation of our services, and any other dubious activities.We retain the authority to prohibit and revoke bonuses, along with relatedwinnings and deposits, from accounts that we reasonably believe, at our solediscretion, are engaged in such conduct or behaviors.

We reserve the right to review transaction records and logsfrom time to time, for any reason whatsoever. You hereby consent in advance tosame. If, upon such a review, it appears that you are participating, orattempting to participate, in strategies that we, in our sole discretion deemto be (i) promotional abuse; and/or (ii) irregularplaying; we reserve the right to deny, withhold, revoke or withdraw yourentitlement to any promotion, winnings or bonus, or terminate your access tothe Website and/or block your account. PLEASE NOTE that in such circumstances,we shall be under no obligation to refund any funds that may be in your accountother than your original deposit amounts.

"Irregular play" includes, but is not limited to,any one of the following types of play:
Placing single bets in excess of20% of the value of the bonus credited to your account until such time as thewagering requirements for that bonus have been met unless otherwise stated. Forexample, if you received a bonus of €200, then the maximum bet that can beplaced is €40. The 20% rule does not apply if the bet size is less than €5;Equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting would not account towards anybonus wagering requirements. For example, Black or Red betting on Roulette orcovering more than 25 of the 37 numbers on the table; Delayed winnings, forexample, "free spin" or "bonus" features initiated withbonus or cash funds, then the Player steps out of the free bonus or bonusround, and then completes at a later time for example, after the bonus has beenwagered; "State Game Abuse" where the use of bonus funds are usedpurely to progress through the bonus stages and then final stages completedwith cash bets when bonus funds have been released or forfeited. This includes,but is not limited to, those listed as 0% contribution in the wagering table inclause 5.5 below; Leaving large bets on table, for example in Blackjack, andreturning after bonus wagering has been completed. 2.4
"Promotional abuse includes, but is not limited to, anyone of the following types of play:
Working in a syndicate with other players to abusepromotions, deliberately cheating or other unfair behaviour; Depositing andwithdrawing funds shortly after with the intention to abuse the promotion. Forexample, deposit funds to receive free spins, and then wager your deposit justover 1 time your deposit value, initiate a withdrawal to not fall foul ofclause 9.3 of the Website Terms, and then initiate your free spins; Whetherknown or unknown to us, taking advantage of any software or system bug, loophole,fault, error or failure including, but not limited to, in respect to any game;and Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus or a free spins offer more thanonce.
3. Right to Vary
3.1
We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, discontinue orterminate any promotion at any time, and without prior notice. All promotionsare intended for recreational players only and we may at our sole discretionlimit the eligibility of players to participate in any promotion. We have theright to suspend or cancel this benefit at any time without prejudice toongoing promotions.
3.2
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to deny you fromall future promotions. Once you have been informed that you are no longereligible for promotions, and should you take up any promotion, all winningsfrom that promotion will be confiscated.
Eligibility
Only one promotion is awarded per account per player meaningone per family, household address, IP address, email address, telephone number,credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, or shared computer (e.g. school,public library or workplace). If you are found to be in breach of this clause,all winnings will be confiscated.
5. Bonus Account and Wagering (Play Through) Requirements
5.1
A player's total account balance consists of a cash accountbalance ("Cash Balance") and a bonus account balance ("BonusBalance"). All sums which you deposit into your account shall be placed inyour Cash Balance. Sums which you receive under a bonus for performing particular tasks are paid into your Bonus Balance.
5.2
A Player may be offered different types of bonuses that are limited to different game types, such as a Slots only. When you enter a gamethat bonus money is permitted on, you will see this in your Bonus Balance. Whenyou enter a game that bonus money is not permitted on, i.e. restricted games,you will not see the bonus money in your Bonus Balance. In the event a playershould use bonus funds to play on games not included in games that counttowards meeting the bonus requirement, we reserve the right to refusewithdrawals, remove bonus money and remove winnings without notice and lock allaccounts of users found abusing this provision.
5.3
The deposit and possible winnings connected to the bonuswill be locked to the casino account until the wagering has been completed.Where promotions do allow withdrawals with an active bonus balance, at thisstage, any remaining bonuses will be revoked.
5.4
Bonus amounts credited to a player's bonus account aresubject to forty (x40) times wagering requirements before they are converted toyour Cash Balance and can be withdrawn (unless explicitly stated otherwise inthe Significant Terms).
5.5
Different games played contribute different percentagestowards the wagering requirements. Wagering requirements are the total amountthat must be staked on eligible games to convert a bonus. Wagering requirementsare based on the total stake amount. Please see the table below for game weightdistributions for all wagering purposes (unless otherwise stated):

For Example: A Player has purchased £100 and received a bonus of £100, therefore has a total balance of £200. The Player has decided to play slots only, therefore, the Player must stake (wager) 40 X £100 = £4,000 before the bonus is converted into cash and eligible for withdrawal.
5.6
Only one bonus is permissible per deposit. Each bonus fromeach deposit are mutually exclusive. Deposit-relatedbonuses cannot be "stacked".
5.7
For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the player'sCash Balance. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted fromthe Bonus Balance.
5.8
Any winnings that occur from wagers made from a player'sbonus account are credited to their bonus account, however, the wageringrequirements only apply to the original bonus amount as bonus money obtainedfrom winnings is not subject to wagering requirements. Therefore, once thatrequirement is met, all bonus money is converted into cash.
5.9
Any other bonuses received, unless expressly statedotherwise, such as but not limited to the redemption of Loyalty Points, will beadded to your bonus account and will be subject to standard wageringrequirements.
5.10
If both bonus and cash funds are used, winnings will bedistributed to the bonus and cash account accordingly.
5.11
If you do not want any bonus which has been deposited into youraccount by us then you are entitled to request that itbe reversed out of your account only if no game play has taken place sincereceiving that said bonus.
5.12
Players from a Restricted Territory (as defined in theWebsite Terms) and, for the avoidance of doubt, the following countries are notpermitted to receive the first deposit bonus (welcome bonus/opening offer) andor any deposit bonuses unless otherwise stated: Armenia, Poland, Greece,Cyprus, Hungary, Croatia, Ukraine, Russia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia,Estonia, Georgia, Lithuania, Latvia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia,and Serbia.
6. Coupons
6.1
Any coupons redeemed must meet standard wageringrequirements and any specific coupon terms.
6.2
Only one valid coupon can be redeemed within any 24-hourperiod and coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotionunless otherwise stated.
6.3
Coupons can be withdrawn or terminated at any time and we reserve the right to refuse players the use ofcoupons at any time.
7. Welcome Bonus [Also known as FIRST DEPOSIT BONUS or OPENING OFFER]
The Welcome Bonus terms and conditions can be found on thepromotion page. The Welcome Bonus may be amended from time to time.
8. Instant bonuses
Any bonus that is cash or bonus received from the casino,for example via Customer Support, is classified as an instant bonus. We reservethe right to limit any winnings from an instant bonus to 10 times the value ofthat instant bonus. For example, if you receive a €100 instant bonus, a maximumof €1,000 is eligible for withdrawal if we choose to enact this clause.
9. No Deposit Bonus
9.1
We reserve the right to limit winnings and withdrawals fromall forms of no deposit bonuses / free spins / free bets added to a customer'saccount up to the value of €100 as may be expressly set out in the SignificantTerms or communicated to you otherwise.
9.2
If you have never made a deposit on the Website all fundswill stay as bonus money until at such time a deposit is made. Once you makeyour first deposit, any bonus money at that time in your account will now besubject to standard wagering (play-through) requirements. All future No DepositBonus will be subject to standard wagering (play-through) requirements beforethey can be withdrawn, and no further deposits are required.
10. Free Spins / Bonus Spins
10.1 No Deposit Free Spins / Bonus Spins
(i) The number of free spins theplayer can receive will be included in the specific promotion and/or in theSignificant Terms. Whilst free spin promotional offers are advertised onspecific games, they may be accessed on a variety of other games. Once the freespins have been used on any game, they cannot be redeemed again.
(ii) Unless otherwise stated, winnings from free spins arecredited in casino bonus and are capped to a maximum of €20. Winnings that exceed this amount will be removed from the account. Any playusing free spins winnings will not unlock bonus funds and all winnings willreturn directly to your bonus account.
(iii) If you have never made a deposit, any gameplay usingbonus funds will not unlock bonus funds or bonus winnings from free spins andall winnings will return directly to your bonus account until you make yourfirst deposit. All funds in your bonus account at the time of first depositwill be subject to standard play-through requirements.
10.2 Deposit Based Free Spins or Bonus Spins
(i) Players must initiate adeposit to receive bonus spins. The details and number of spins will beincluded in the Significant Terms for the specific promotion.
(ii) Whilst bonus spin promotional offers are advertised onspecific games, they may be accessed on a variety of other games. Once thebonus spins have been used on any game, they cannot be redeemed again.
(iii) The money won from bonus spins will be credited to aplayer's bonus amount balance and is subject to our wagering requirements andTerms of Use.
(iv) All winnings from the bonus spins areconsidered to be bonus money and will be converted to real money onlyafter the initial bonus wagering requirements are met, unless stated otherwise.
(v) Free spins are only valid within 24 hours of thedeposit. If used after this time, any winnings are capped to a maximum of €100.
11. Competition Terms
11.1
Any competition that we operate is only open to individualsabove the age of 18 and who provide the necessary details and information asrequired by each individual competition, communicated via social media, emailor otherwise.
11.2
To enter into a competition, youmust follow the rules and requirements as set out in in each individualcompetition. Failure to do so shall result in non-entry to such competition.This includes your acceptance to these Terms of Use and, specifically, thisclause 11.
11.3
All of our competitions expire at atime and date as set out in the competition details. Should you submit an entryafter this date then it will be automatically rejected.
11.4
Unless otherwise stated, we only accept one entry per personper competition.
11.5
We reserve the right to cancel or amend any competition andthe applicable terms without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civilor military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of anyapplicable law or regulation or any other event that is outside of ourreasonable control. Any such changes will be notified to entrants (or thewinner, as the case may be) as soon as is reasonably possible.
11.6
We are not responsible and/or liable for inaccurate prizedetails, or the acts or omissions, by any third party connected with acompetition.
11.7
Our decision in respect of all matters to do with thecompetition will be final.
Additional promotional terms
12.1
All bonuses except free spins will expire after 30 days ofaccount inactivity unless the Significant Terms state otherwise. All free spinswill expire after 10 days from the date they were awarded unless theSignificant Terms state otherwise. We reserve the right to remove unusedbonuses and related winnings if the promotion's terms are not fulfilled withinthis period.
12.2
We have the right to remove (i.e. put back to zero) loyaltypoints if there has been no activity on the player's account within 30 days.
12.3
Void bets will not contribute toward promotional offers andplayers whose accounts become closed for any reason prior to the end ofpromotions will not be eligible to gain any promotional benefits.
12.4
We may withhold any credits, bonuses, coupons, loyaltypoints or prizes awarded as part of a promotion at our discretion.
12.5
We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of allparticipants.
